Implementation Officer (Multiple States)

- Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Delta, Edo, Enugu, FCT Abuja, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Rivers
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in data entry/data operations
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through POS setup and configuration
- Deliver training sessions for retail users
- Monitor product adoption and usage
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to Account Managers
Requirements
2–4 years experience in:
- Customer onboarding
- Customer success
- Implementation or account management
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
