Required Qualifications:
Education sector experience or background (prior school research, education admin, or teaching background)
- Strong interview and communication skills
- Residence in the selected states
- Fluency in English and the local language of the state/area
- Familiarity with the regional school landscape
Key Skills:
- Data collection accuracy
- Ability to build rapport with school management/decision makers
- Comfort with both digital and physical data collection methods
- Reliability, accountability, punctuality, problem-solving, speed and accuracy
School Selection Criteria:
Mix across Categories A (elite), B (mid-market), C (emerging/resource-limited)
- Balance of secondary schools and tertiary institutions (universities, polytechnics, colleges of education)
- Geographic spread across the assigned state
