About the Role
As a Program Officer, you will:
- Lead grant investigations from start to recommendation
- Evaluate programs using data, evidence, and cost-effectiveness models
- Manage a portfolio of funded grants and track real-world impact
- Work with global experts, governments, and nonprofits
- Help shape funding decisions that can save and improve lives at scale

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate funding opportunities and recommend grants

Who They’re Looking For
Strong candidates typically have:
3–5 years experience in research, consulting, policy, or development
Strong ability to analyze empirical data and evidence
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
