About the Programme
The Dangote Fleet Management Graduate Programme is designed for young graduates interested in building a career in Fleet Management, Logistics and Operations.
- Selected candidates will undergo a structured training programme to develop practical knowledge and skills in fleet and transportation operations, including fleet management, logistics, maintenance, safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

Who Can Apply
Not more than 30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Operations or related fields
- Graduated with a minimum of Second class lower in BSc or HND (Upper credit)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have completed NYSC
- Genuine interest in Fleet, Logistics & Operations
