Sun King is recruiting Area Business Managers to coordinate sales, collections and distribution operations for its EasyBuy Direct Sales business.
About The Role
The Area Business Manager will oversee sales, collections and distribution activities within the assigned area.
- The successful candidate will build and manage a team of at least 40 Energy Officers, drive sales and collections, strengthen customer relationships and ensure sustainable growth of Sun King’s EasyBuy business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train and retain at least 40 Energy Officers within the assigned area.
Provide training on sales, collections, products, technical support, inventory and logistics.
- Set clear daily responsibilities, sales routes, targets and collection plans for Energy Officers.
- Conduct regular field visits and support Energy Officers in their first 5 sales.
- Carry out joint field activities, market activations and community outreach to drive sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor collections, resolve customer issues and support timely payment follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service covering product delivery, installation, payments and after-sales support.
- Monitor competitors and develop strategies to protect and grow Sun King’s market presence.
- Manage marketing materials, equipment and other operational resources effectively.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with Energy Officers and recognize strong performers.
Expand retail presence within the assigned territory.
Requirements
Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales.
- Excellent computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer care experience.
- Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate and manage field teams.
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong operational excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the assigned territory.
