About The Role
N.E.A.T Microcredit is recruiting Relationship Officers to join its team and contribute to business growth across its assigned branch locations.
- As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting loan performance and driving overall branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales And Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new customers and grow the customer base within the assigned branch
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and quality customer service.
Loan Performance
- Support effective loan management and ensure strong repayment and portfolio performance.
Business Growth
Contribute to branch performance by identifying business opportunities, expanding the customer base and achieving assigned targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Applicants should demonstrate strong customer relationship and sales skills, the ability to build trust with clients and a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
