Job Summary
- DAG Industries Nigeria Limited is recruiting experienced and results-driven Regional Managers to drive lubricant sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen distribution networks across the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Drive the sales and distribution of lubricants to dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Manage regional sales activities, prepare reports, and ensure effective market coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience selling lubricant products.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels, customer acquisition, and regional sales management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
Locations:
- Sokoto, Ibadan, Oyo State, and Yola, Adamawa State
Salary: ₦800,000–₦1,000,000 per month
