Esty Agroscience Global Ltd is recruiting four Data Collection Officers to support field data collection activities across project locations in Kaduna State.
- Successful candidates will gather accurate information, engage farmers and other stakeholders, conduct field monitoring, and ensure timely reporting to support informed decision-making and agricultural development.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
B.Sc. or HND in Data Management, Statistics, Agriculture, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in field data collection, surveys, market research, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital data collection tools, smartphones, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and respondent engagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and recordkeeping.
- Strong field monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently across assigned field locations.
- Willingness to travel regularly and meet performance targets.
- High integrity, accountability, and confidentiality when handling data.
