Key Responsibilities
Drive agents, executives, and clients to property sites, offices, and meetings safely and on schedule
Plan efficient routes and keep up to date with local roads, traffic conditions, and property locations
- Wait at property sites and assist clients with boarding, alighting, and carrying documents or materials as needed
- Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working order, both inside and out
- Perform daily vehicle checks (tires, oil, brakes, lights, fluids) and report faults promptly
- Arrange scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and roadworthiness checks
- Maintain a logbook recording trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses
- Run errands such as delivering documents, signboards, keys, brochures, or marketing materials, and collecting items from government offices or vendors
- Assist with moving property-related items or staging materials when required
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Keep client and company information strictly confidential
Be available for occasional weekend, evening, or short-notice assignments
Qualification:
- OND, Secondary School (SSCE)
