Field Implementation Support Officer at Talent Lab Limited
Our client is seeking Field Implementation Support Officers (FISOs) to support the implementation of the ACCESS SRH programme across selected states in Nigeria, focusing on strengthening monitoring and evaluation, improving data quality, building health facility staff capacity, and enhancing the delivery of quality family planning and post-abortion care services.

Requirements
Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health field; Community Health Extension Worker certification is also accepted.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in health workforce development.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, ODK, REDCap, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct facility visits to collect, verify, and report programme and service delivery data.
- Develop and integrate census-based enumeration data into DHIS2 dashboards and microplanning tools
- Menfor health facility staff on data management, reporting, and service delivery.
- Engage facility-level stakeholders and state MDAs to strengthen programme implementation.
