The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in finance within the development sector.
They will work closely with the Finance Coordinator and other cross-functional teams to support budgeting, reporting, payments, retirements, and audits, ensuring resources are managed efficiently and transparently in line with LEAP Africa’s vision and mission.

- We are seeking to hire a Programme Manager to support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals of LEAP Africa in 2025 and beyond.
Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and digital payment platforms.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, statutory reporting, and financial regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
