International Youth Council for Governance and Engagement (IYCGE) are recruiting Vacancies 

The Office of the Chairperson is currently recruiting Specialists in specific disciplines to contribute directly to the growth, modernization, and advancement of IYCGE’s mission.

Specialists are expected to contribute approximately 6 hours of work per week, with 4 hours as the minimum commitment. 

Specialists will work directly with the Chairperson, participate in weekly meetings, and provide briefings or written input related to their role when requested.

• These Specialist roles will replace the current Board of Directors as part of IYCGE’s strategic shift toward a modernized, expertise-driven executive leadership structure.
• IYCGE is seeking nine (9) distinct Specialists, with role descriptions outlined below. 
• Individuals may apply to up to two Specialist roles, but must submit two separate application forms.

Specialist, Communications

• Commits to the social media, communications, and multimedia affairs required by IYCGE. 
• This role focuses on content creation using various software tools and on expanding IYCGE’s brand reach and visibility.

Specialist, Engagement

• Leads IYCGE’s digital engagement, outreach, and audience interaction across social media and multimedia platforms. 
• This role focuses on increasing participation, visibility, and public interaction through strategic posting, campaigns, and online community engagement.

Specialist, Non-Profit and Non-Governmental Relations

Builds and strengthens external partnerships by establishing relationships with non-profit and non-governmental organizations. 

• This role focuses on collaboration, outreach, and long-term partnership development.

Specialist, Development

Works to establish long-term financial sustainability for IYCGE through fundraising, grants, sponsorships, and partnerships. 

• This role supports financial growth and resource mobilization initiatives.
