- The programme is an annual initiative aimed at empowering and enhancing the leadership skills of high-potential young African women to attain corporate leadership roles.
Programme Structure
- Three weeks of virtual learning
- One week physical boot camp
- Six months of intensive mentorship
Eligibility Requirements
- To be considered for the 2026 LEAP Leadership Accelerator Programme, applicants must be young African women in corporate settings with a passion for making a difference, an interest in leadership, and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
Benefits
- Participants will receive leadership training, mentorship, and access to a strong professional network through the programme structure which includes virtual learning, an in-person boot camp, and six months of intensive mentorship.
