Eligibility

To be considered for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program, you must meet all of the following requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program

Maximum of one (1) year post-graduation work experience

18-month structured training

Upon successful completion of the program and meeting the required performance benchmarks, trainees will be offered permanent placement within ARM.
