MarthCrest is expanding its network of Research Assistants across Nigeria, and we are inviting qualified, passionate, and detail-oriented individuals to be part of our growing database of field professionals.
This initiative is aimed at building a strong pool of capable personnel who can support upcoming research projects across diverse sectors and regions.
- We are particularly interested in individuals with experience or a strong interest in:
- Data collection methods, including surveys, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)
- Field research and community-based data gathering
- Public health, gender studies, social development, and related disciplines
- Candidates who have hands-on experience with digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox or ODK will have an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also highly desirable, as the role often involves engaging with diverse communities and stakeholders in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
- This opportunity is not tied to a specific project. Instead, selected candidates will be included in our research assistant database and may be contacted for various short-term and long-term assignments as opportunities arise.

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
