Talent Lab is a talent management and capacity development organization that facilitates capacity-building interventions to upskill people within the mass labour market.
- We are seeking a results-driven Finance officer to provide operational support in executing day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ICAN certification is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience or internship exposure in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial tools.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily financial transactions, including invoicing, expense processing, and payment documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, summaries, and basic variance analysis.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, cash. tracking, basic ledger maintenance, and organizing financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information and assist with tax documentation and statutory filings.
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly net
