- As a Collection Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, following up on payments, and supporting the company in achieving its financial recovery targets.

Salary & Benefits
The compensation package is structured to reward both consistency and performance:
- Basic Salary: ₦50,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: ₦20,000
- Telephone Allowance: ₦8,000
- Overtime Pay: Available during public holidays
This structure ensures that high-performing individuals have the opportunity to increase their earnings based on productivity and results.
Training
All successful candidates will undergo online training, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in the role.
- The training will cover communication techniques, collections processes, and the use of relevant tools and systems.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must own an Android phone with a minimum of 3GB RAM
- Must have good spoken English for effective communication with clients
- Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet set targets
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have at least one of the following:
- OND
- NCE
- HND
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.
- They should be able to handle conversations professionally, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive financial matters.
