Job Purpose
The Learning Facilitator will support the delivery of quality, inclusive accelerated basic education to out-of-school and over-age learners, ensuring safe learning environments and improved learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
- Deliver lessons using the ABEP curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Conduct learner assessments and track progress
- Promote inclusive and participatory learning

Community Engagement
- Mobilize communities and support learner enrollment

Requirements
- Minimum NCE or Degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years teaching or community experience
- Fluency in English and Hausa
- Must reside in the target LGA/community
- Ability to work with children and adolescents
- Basic Android phone skills (for data reporting)
- Commitment to safeguarding and humanitarian principles
