Loan Officers at Microfinance Bank
Tribest Corperate Support Limited is recruiting suitable and qualified candidates for the position of Loan Officer for a Microfinance Bank, a subsidiary of a leading commercial bank.
Key Responsibilities
Process and disburse approved loans.
Assess customers’ creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
- Acquire and manage loan customers.
- Monitor loan repayments and portfolio performance.
- Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and records.
- Meet loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
Minimum Requirements
BSc or HND in any relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of loan disbursement experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Candidates must not be above 35 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can work with little or no supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and selling skills.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, target-driven, highly relational, confident in engaging prospective borrowers, and capable of managing loan portfolios while maintaining strong customer relationships.
