About Job
The Customer Success Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and candidates while coordinating recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interviews, placement and onboarding.
- The successful candidate will work closely with international clients, particularly clients in the United States and other markets, to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities accordingly.
- Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Respond to client and candidate enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles and hiring updates.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Support onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
- Reliable power supply, stable internet connection and a laptop suitable for effective remote work.
- Ability to communicate and work comfortably with international clients, particularly clients in the United States and other countries.
- Ability to conduct interviews, communicate with clients and coordinate daily recruitment activities.
- Strong intelligence, initiative and a proactive approach to work.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
