About The Opportunity
PremiumHR Solution is recruiting on behalf of a leading banking institution to fill various positions across the Northern Region.
- The successful candidates will support the marketing and expansion of retail banking products and services, customer acquisition, agent onboarding and business development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should have:
NCE, OND, HND or BSc in a related discipline.
1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience or knowledge of marketing retail banking products and services.
- Ability to identify and onboard new customers onto banking platforms.
- Ability to identify and onboard new agents onto banking platforms.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market and promote retail banking products and services.
Identify potential customers and introduce suitable banking products and services.
- Acquire and onboard new customers onto the banking platform.
- Identify prospective agents and support their onboarding onto the banking platform.
- Build and maintain positive customer and agent relationships.
- Support business growth and market expansion within the assigned territory.
- Carry out field and marketing activities in line with assigned targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₦115k to ₦130k in addition to HMO, pension and other benefits
