The Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies Academy Scholars Program is a beacon of hope for passionate scholars at the onset of their academic careers.
The program intends to foster an environment that allows for the integration of diverse knowledge and expertise.
Academy Scholars Program Qualification
The program welcomes recipients of PhD or comparable doctoral degrees within two years of the August 1, 2024, start date, and advanced doctoral candidates in the social sciences.
Applicants nearing dissertation completion must be prepared to provide degree conferral documentation by June 30, 2024.
Application Requirements.
• Prospective scholars will need to submit a comprehensive application that includes their curriculum vitae (CV),
• Aresearch proposal, a scholarly writing sample,
• PhD program transcript, and three letters of recommendation.
How to Apply ?
The application deadline for Harvard University is September 22, 2023. All application materials must be submitted online.
The selection process will begin immediately thereafter. Applicants whose materials are incomplete may be at a disadvantage during the selection process.
