Requirements
Applicants may include undergraduates, recent graduates, and professionals with a Bachelor’s degree, while a Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1–10 years of experience depending on the role applied for, with demonstrated experience in rural field operations and donor-funded projects.
- Experience managing youth groups and partnerships is required, while exposure to agriculture, climate, or humanitarian contexts is an advantage.
- Applicants should be willing to learn, adaptable, organized, capable of basic research and documentation, and committed to professional conduct and ethics.
