- Our client is seeking passionate Data Analysts who will support the day-to-day implementation of the special intervention program by providing technical assistance in data analytics and data management support to the state EOC/PHCDA across special intervention states.
Job Title: Data Analysts
Location: Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Yobe, Niger & Kaduna
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain databases and dashboards to store and manage program data.
- Assist with settlement geo-coordinates analysis to ensure that all planned settlements have coordinates.
- Work with the SIO and State Coordinator to ensure the timely submission of reviewed tally sheets.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure data quality standards are met.
Conduct data quality assessment and validate data from multiple sources across supported States, address data quality gaps and share reports for proper intervention and planning.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring & Evaluation, Demography, Biostatistics, Statistics, Analytics, Science/Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as MS PowerPoint, Tableau etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong skills in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
