- As part of our continued investment in building a strong technical talent pipeline, Seplat Energy is seeking high caliber engineering and technical graduates to join its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme.
About the Technical Trainee Programme
- The Technical Graduate Trainee Programme is a high impact, structured development programme designed specifically to attract, develop, and retain early-career professionals with strong technical aptitude and growth potential.
Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper, 2:1 Division) from a recognized university in a relevant pure science or engineering discipline
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting
Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate or an exemption letter

- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced technical environment

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
