The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria is seeking qualified professionals to support its Start-up Digital Innovation Academy, a national initiative aimed at empowering the next generation of Nigerian entrepreneurs.

Role Overview
SMEDAN is looking for trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts with proven experience in entrepreneurship development, digital technology, and startup growth.
- Selected professionals will play a key role in delivering training programs designed to equip young Nigerians and small business owners with practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s digital economy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions on entrepreneurship and digital innovation
- Facilitate workshops and interactive learning activities
- Provide mentorship and practical guidance to participants
- Develop and adapt training materials for diverse audiences
- Share real-world insights to support startup growth and sustainability
- Contribute to program success and participant outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates should:
Have experience as trainers, facilitators, or subject matter experts
- Possess strong knowledge in entrepreneurship, digital skills, or startup development
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have experience working with youth, startups, or MSMEs
- Be passionate about economic empowerment and innovation
