Enumerators needed at Clean Technology Hub (CTH)
Clean Technology Hub (CTH) is inviting applications for Enumerators under the PREPARED Project - Nigeria Component, a flagship initiative focused on strengthening climate resilience among MSMEs.
About the Role
Enumerators will support a large-scale field data collection exercise assessing climate risks and vulnerabilities among MSMEs in selected market clusters.
- This role is critical in generating high-quality data to inform climate policies and resilience strategies in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer digital surveys using KoboToolbox
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with MSME operators
- Capture accurate data including GPS and timestamps
- Support market listing and sampling processes
- Participate in FGDs as note-takers where required
- Upload data daily and attend debrief sessions
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards
Mandatory Requirement
Applicants must own a functional Android device (Android 10+, minimum 3GB RAM, GPS-enabled). iPhones are not supported.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in relevant fields
- Proven experience in field data collection or M&E
- Familiarity with KoboToolbox, ODK, or SurveyCTO
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local languages (Hausa, Igbo, Pidgin) is an advantage
Duration:
Training: 2 days (mandatory)
Fieldwork: 10–12 days per location
