We are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator to lead and strengthen the organisation's MEL systems across its programmes, projects and organisational initiatives.
- The MEL Coordinator will develop practical monitoring systems, strengthen data quality, coordinate evaluations, support accountability and feedback mechanisms, document learning, and help teams use evidence to improve programmes and organisational decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Project Management or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant MEL/MEAL experience.
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience in MEL systems, results frameworks, data collection and analysis, evaluations, data-quality management, reporting and programme learning. Strong analytical and data-visualisation skills are required, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS or STAΤΑ.
- The role also requires strong communication, reporting, digital data-management and stakeholder-engagement skills, together with a strong commitment to ethics, confidentiality, inclusion and data integrity.
This is a part-time, remote volunteer position.
